People sometimes ask how I ended up working across marketing, data, cybersecurity, AI, and digital transformation. To me, the answer has always been simple: I've never been interested in technology for its own sake. I've always been interested in solving meaningful organizational problems.
Over the years, that work has taken me through marketing, data, cybersecurity, AI, cloud modernization, and federal digital transformation. On paper, those might look like different disciplines. In practice, they've all been opportunities to help organizations make better decisions, manage risk thoughtfully, and build capabilities that last.
Somewhere along the way, I realized I'm less interested in implementing technology than I am in building organizations that use technology well. Whether I'm establishing a data capability, shaping AI governance, modernizing enterprise platforms, or helping leaders navigate emerging technologies, I'm usually asking the same questions:
What problem are we really trying to solve? How will we know we've solved it? And how do we build something that will still work five years from now?
Those questions have led me to work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and governance--where the most interesting challenges rarely belong to a single discipline. I enjoy bringing together executives, engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to build practical solutions that organizations can sustain long after the initial implementation.
I believe technology leaders create value by building organizations that can adapt--not by chasing the next tool. Strong governance, thoughtful strategy, and capable teams will outlast any technology trend.
If you're working to modernize technology, strengthen governance, or thoughtfully integrate AI in a highly regulated environment, I'd enjoy connecting.
